These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player", "User", or "you") and Tanjung889 (hereinafter referred to as "Tanjung889", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gambling platform accessible at tanjung889.cam.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any feature of the Tanjung889 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Tanjung889 platform. We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" — The Tanjung889 website, mobile interface, and all associated services accessible at tanjung889.cam.
• "Account" — A registered player account created on the Platform in accordance with the registration requirements set out herein.
• "Player Funds" — Any real-money balance deposited by a Player into their Account, excluding bonus credits.
• "Bonus Funds" — Any promotional credits, free bet credits, cashback amounts, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account by Tanjung889.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The minimum total turnover a Player must achieve before Bonus Funds are eligible for withdrawal, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x).
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification process, requiring submission of acceptable identity and address documentation.
• "FPX" — Financial Process Exchange, the online payment gateway regulated by Bank Negara Malaysia, used to facilitate bank transfer deposits and withdrawals.
• "MYR" or "RM" — Malaysian Ringgit, the lawful currency of Malaysia, as issued by Bank Negara Malaysia.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — Any country or territory from which access to or use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.
• "Intellectual Property" — All trademarks, trade names, logos, software code, game assets, content, and other proprietary materials owned by or licensed to Tanjung889.

To register an Account and use any real-money service on the Tanjung889 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout the duration of your Account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Tanjung889 enforces strict age verification and will request documentary evidence of age (such as a copy of your MyKad or passport) prior to processing any withdrawal.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own name and on your own behalf. Corporate accounts, nominee accounts, and accounts operated by agents or proxies are not permitted.
• You must not be a resident of or located within a Prohibited Jurisdiction at the time you access or use the Platform.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of Tanjung889 or any of its affiliated entities, unless written consent has been provided in advance.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion request in force at the time of registration.
• You must have full legal capacity under the laws applicable to you to enter into a binding agreement and to engage in online gambling activities.

4.1 Single Account Policy. Each eligible player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the Tanjung889 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether using different email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers, is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified, Tanjung889 reserves the right to consolidate or close duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

4.2 Accurate Information. You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number, is accurate, current, and complete. You must promptly notify us of any changes to your registered details by contacting customer support.

4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Tanjung889 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to safeguard your credentials. If you suspect that your Account has been compromised, you must notify us immediately at [email protected].

4.4 KYC Verification. Tanjung889 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time, including but not limited to: a government-issued photo ID (MyKad or passport), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary suspension of the Account and withholding of pending withdrawals.

4.5 Account Closure. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Tanjung889 may also close or suspend an Account in accordance with these Terms, including for reasons of suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, or receipt of a valid regulatory instruction.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. Tanjung889 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels: FPX (Financial Process Exchange, covering Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, and Hong Leong Connect), DuitNow instant transfer, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. Tanjung889 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at its sole discretion.

5.2 Own Account Restriction. All deposits and withdrawals must be conducted using payment accounts registered in the Player's own legal name. Tanjung889 will not process transactions to or from payment accounts held by third parties. Any attempt to deposit or withdraw using a third-party account will result in immediate suspension pending investigation.

5.3 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Transaction limits vary by payment method. For Malaysian e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay), the minimum deposit is RM30 and the maximum is subject to the respective e-wallet provider's own limits. For FPX bank transfers, the minimum deposit is RM100 with a maximum of RM500,000 per transaction, subject to your bank's own transfer limits.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Tanjung889 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the following indicative timeframes: e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) within 5 minutes; DuitNow and FPX bank transfers within 5–15 minutes; bank wire transfers within 15–60 minutes. Cryptocurrency withdrawals (USDT TRC20) are subject to network conditions and may take 15–30 minutes. Tanjung889 does not guarantee these timeframes and accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking systems.

5.5 Withdrawal Prerequisites. A withdrawal request will only be processed where: (a) the Player's Account has been fully KYC verified; (b) any applicable Wagering Requirements on active bonuses have been met in full; (c) the withdrawal amount does not exceed applicable daily or monthly limits; and (d) the Account is in good standing with no pending security reviews.

5.6 Currency. All Player Funds are held and transacted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Tanjung889 applies a conversion rate at the time of deposit for cryptocurrency transactions. Currency conversion rates are indicative and final at the time of credit.

6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, referral rewards, birthday bonuses, and other promotional incentives offered by Tanjung889 are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion, as well as the general bonus provisions set out in this Clause 6. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless expressly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be specified in the individual promotion terms. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement on a MYR 100 bonus credit requires a total turnover of MYR 2,000 before withdrawal eligibility is triggered.

6.3 Bonus Abuse. Tanjung889 monitors player activity for signs of systematic bonus exploitation, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets to circumvent wagering requirements, consistent low-risk play designed solely to satisfy rollover, use of multiple accounts to claim a single promotion, and any other conduct that Tanjung889 determines to constitute abuse of its promotional offerings. Where bonus abuse is identified, Tanjung889 reserves the right to void the bonus, void associated winnings, and suspend or close the Account.

6.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus Funds that are not utilised within the stated validity period will be automatically removed from the Player's Account. Wagering progress associated with expired bonuses will not be carried forward.

6.5 Referral Programme. The Refer a Friend programme is subject to the condition that both the referring Player and the referred Player are first-time participants in the referral programme. Tanjung889 reserves the right to modify or withdraw the referral programme at any time without prior notice.

7.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on the Tanjung889 Platform are subject to acceptance at Tanjung889's sole discretion. Tanjung889 reserves the right to refuse any bet, limit stakes, or void accepted bets where there is reasonable suspicion of irregular activity, pricing errors, or system malfunctions.

7.2 Pricing Errors. In the event that a market is offered or a bet is accepted at an incorrect price due to a human or technical error, Tanjung889 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the Player's Account. We will notify the Player of any such voiding as soon as reasonably practicable.

7.3 Sports Betting Markets. Sports betting markets available on the Platform, including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, La Liga, Champions League, and UFC, are subject to the specific rules of each sport. In-play betting lines are offered in real time and are subject to suspension at any point during the event.

7.4 Casino and Live Dealer Games. Casino games and live dealer tables are governed by the individual game rules displayed within the game interface. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and are not guarantees of individual session outcomes.

7.5 Disputed Outcomes. In the event of a dispute regarding a game or betting outcome, Tanjung889's records shall be the primary reference. Where a technical or connectivity failure affects the outcome of a game round, Tanjung889 will investigate and resolve the dispute in accordance with its internal procedures. The decision of Tanjung889's management team is final.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Tanjung889 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws and regulations.
• Registering an Account using false, misleading, or another person's identity information.
• Operating multiple Accounts or participating in any form of chip-dumping or collusion.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical glitches, or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraudulent chargebacks, or use of stolen payment instruments.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or decompile any part of the Platform's software or games.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive conduct toward Tanjung889 staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Using the Platform while self-excluded or during a mandated cool-off period.

All content, software, game assets, graphics, trademarks, trade names, logos, and other intellectual property displayed on or used in connection with the Tanjung889 Platform (collectively, "IP") are the property of Tanjung889 or its licensors. No licence or right is granted to any Player to use, reproduce, copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any IP without the prior written consent of Tanjung889.

You may view and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Any commercial exploitation of the Platform or its content is strictly prohibited.

10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tanjung889, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

10.2 Tanjung889 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, free from errors, or free from harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of some or all services.

10.3 Tanjung889's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to Tanjung889 in the six (6) calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Tanjung889 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We implement industry-standard technical and organisational security measures to protect your data, including 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmission. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent, except as required by law or as necessary to provide payment processing services through our authorised partners (including FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and Boost).

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the Tanjung889 Platform. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. The language of arbitration shall be English.

Nothing in this Clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
